Exchange & Refund Policy

Any order once placed cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned unless there is some error from our team. In such a case, you may either exchange or return an order only if the product delivered to you isn’t the one that you ordered, is inconsistent with the order description as per the invoice or due to error by our team.

If you are eligible for a return or an exchange, you may exchange or return items within 7 business days of receipt. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded.

Customized products and products sold during a sale are exempt from exchanges or returns. Certain fragile products are also exempt from exchanges or returns. Please read the product description for specific information.

For generating an exchange or return, please contact our customer care team at contact@templesinc.com with your order ID, a copy of your invoice and details of the item(s) you would like to exchange or return.

All our customised orders for jewellery and Poshaak including but not limited to all kinds of embroidered and stitched clothes for your deities are to be carried out on a 100% advance basis. Any inconsistencies in the actual order in terms of size and fitting, material used and colour shall be rectified by us on our expense [excluding the shipping costs which shall be borne by the customer] provided there’s a mistake on our part and the initial measurements provided by you are correct and accurate.

We will send you a return label and schedule a pick-up for the return. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

For payments made through credit cards, debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will require your bank account and billing details to process the refund. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

The returned amount will exclude original shipping charges, return shipping charges and transaction fees. 

Even though we take maximum precautions on our premium packaging to avoid any kind of damage or pilferage, we shall not be held liable for any kind of damage caused to the product during courier. However, we’d also like to assure you that given the nature of our products, any kind of damage on the products during transit is highly unlikely.
