Shipping Policy

All standard orders of in-stock items will be processed and leave the warehouse in 1-5 business days via Delhivery Standard Delivery. Please allow additional business days for orders containing personalized items to ship depending upon the level of customization and the availability of raw material chosen by you for your customized product.

We provide free standard shipping to orders over Rs.10000 within India. All other orders are charged an additional shipping charge depending on the location of the customer.

For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of Rs.100 will be applied at checkout. We will call to confirm your mobile number prior to processing your cash-on-delivery order. Any unreachable customers will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to reach you for 10 days from the date of your order, it will be cancelled. 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so that you can easily track your order. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, we can provide return shipping labels if you prefer, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund payment. If you are returning a large order, we suggest you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
